About the role
The Lead Test Analyst provides technical consulting / subject matter expertise in the design, execution, analysis and reporting of test plans and strategies for enterprise systems / sub-systems under development and the application of quality assurance processes in order to safeguard the quality, reliability and completeness of educational and business systems deployed on DoE platforms.

·SAP certifications related to HR and SuccessFactors
·Possess sound technical knowledge and skills in development, technical testing solution building.

Essential requirements of the role
·Experience as an SAP Test Lead (5 years minimum) across large portfolios and programs of work with in-depth understanding of core SAP functional and implementation principles
·Extensive experience as an SAP Tester with working knowledge of Payroll processes and modules like PA, OM, Time and Leave, ESS, MSS, HCM Success Factor, Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
·Extensive experience and understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
·Experience in the preparation of Test Plans, test scripts, test results and defect reports
·Solid understanding of the various software testing methodologies, types, and test case design techniques.
·Experience in use of test management tools such as HPQC
·Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
·Industry certification in relevant technologies or equivalent industry experience.
