Ongoing training will be provided to develop your skills, with a clear progression into an Account Executive role. Salary: $70K/$80K plus super and additional benefits.Account ExecutiveThis role would suit a Tier 1 qualified Account Executive with around 3 years of insurance broking experience. You will work closely with an Account Manager or Director, offering high-level broking support, advising clients, handling new business placements, and re-marketing of renewals. You will support but also gradually take on your own accounts, with the view of preparing you to take over a portfolio and be promoted to Account Manager.Salary: $90K to $110K.Account ManagerThis role would suit someone who is either managing a portfolio or is ready to take on that role. Requires 5+ years of experience in insurance, a good understanding of products, a network within the insurance underwriting market, and proficiency in face-to-face client meetings. You will have a tailored portfolio created to your strengths, responsible for high-level broking negotiations, leveraging existing clients for new business leads, and retention of clients at renewal. This role will lead to a Team Leader position, overseeing other Account Managers.Salary: $140K to $160K plus benefits.Claims ExecutiveThis role works within the existing team reporting to the Claims Manager, who will provide ongoing training and mentoring as needed. You will handle claims involving motor and all areas of business class (insurance) claims, acting on behalf of the client and ensuring a high service level is maintained by offering regular advice and updates on the claim, with a view to negotiating a suitable outcome for the client.
