The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service by applying effective organisational and communication skills with an ability to negotiate, advise and work collaboratively with others to reach decisions.
Role responsibilities:
* Provide timely support to clients by conducting investigation and diagnosis of incidents and providing eHealth incident management processes to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained.
* Engagement and reporting to the statewide project lead and collaboration with other Deployment coordinators to deliver the statewide program of work.
* Engagement with the Operational DPT as part of the local WSR activity ensuring a collaborative outcome considering operational activities within the customer environment.
* Provide planning support to coordinate a localised body of work by undertaking activities associated with scheduling, travel, logistics. and customer engagement related to the Workstation Replacement (WSR) Program.
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under ‘Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
* Demonstrated technical expertise in the management, configuration, monitoring and implementation of ICT environments in one or more technical domains – See Appendix 1 .
* Experience and ability to deliver high quality ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads, prioritising tasks and working unsupervised.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve ICT related problems within defined Service Level Agreements.
Specific Working Conditions:
* This position works across Central area including Central Queensland, Central West and Wide Bay, and travel to supported sites is a requirement of the role.
* It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16):
o measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
o varicella (chicken pox)
o pertussis (whooping cough)
o hepatitis B
* Participating in on-call arrangements may be a requirement of this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
