As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for a variety of clients across Google, Meta & TikTok, as well as building out the digital marketing offering and proposal to sell to clients. Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Strategies: Design and implement paid and digital marketing strategies globally, tailored to diverse platforms. Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to ensure our offerings are competitive and superior within the AU market. Client Assistance: Help clients create and execute digital acquisition strategies focused on driving traffic and increasing revenue. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with senior management. Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate campaigns according to client marketing calendars, ensuring stakeholder alignment across the business. CRM Strategies : Build and develop CRM strategies for clients and our own CRM systems. Experience in execution is a plus. Digital Ads Creation: Develop digital ads for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. Campaign Execution: Execute campaigns professionally, making proactive adjustments as needed. Performance Tracking: Use reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and address any risks or concerns. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop campaign assets. Status Reports: Compile brand/activity status reports for review by senior team members. Supplier Communication: Research and liaise with third-party suppliers where appropriate. Project Support: Assist in the administration of projects when necessary. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations, including GDPR and industry governance. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, social media, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment. Proven track record in managing paid search (Google), social media advertising, and content marketing. Experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for clients across various industries. Demonstrated the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content and campaign ideas that captivate audiences and drive engagement. Experience in managing budgets and delivering campaigns on time and within budget. Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making using Google Analytics and social media analytics. Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovation.
