We are seeking a highly skilled Tier 2 Technical Cloud Specialist to join our Cloud and Data centre team.
You will deliver exceptional solutions to our Enterprise and government customers.
In this role, you will manage and support a range of technologies.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining our Technical Services Catalogue and ensuring the successful delivery of managed services.
Your day in the life of a Tier 2 Technical Specialist Optus Manage and support technologies such as VMware, vSphere, vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Linux Server Administration.Provide support for Cisco UCS servers, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and various other technologies.Work with the Cloud and DC team for support of Delivery ATAC platforms (MTCO) and customers.
You will also support GTAC infrastructure and Government customers.Facilitate the delivery of managed services and support solutions for cloud and datacentre platforms.Mentor and assist Tier 1 specialists and analysts within the team.Collaborate with customer delivery managers, project managers, and other partners to ensure we exceed service delivery.It's about you!
