Aged Care - In-Home Support Worker (Multiple Locations)

We are recruiting exceptional in-home care support workers to join our team to ensure we are providing holistic care for our clients.

Locations:
1. Ocean Grove 3226 and surrounding suburbs
2. Shepparton 3630 and surrounding suburbs
3. Coburg 3058 and surrounding suburbs
4. Bangholme 3175 and surrounding suburbs
Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care and support to elderly clients in their homes
2. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
3. Help with meal preparation and feeding
4. Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
5. Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
6. Perform light housekeeping duties
7. Transport to medical appointments and social outings
8. Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviour
Preferable:
1. Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
2. Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred
Background:

Requirements:
1. Availability for casual shifts, including weekends and holidays
2. Valid police check / or NDIS Check
3. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (this is a MUST)
