SME Telesales Manager
The role requires a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage a team of telesales professionals in the Hygiene sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive and manage the existing customer team through effective account management to protect and grow business from existing customers.
2. Motivate and manage new business consultants to acquire new customers and regenerate lapsed customers.
3. Focus teams daily to achieve sales and GP targets set, monitoring and measuring team members' KPI results.
4. Monitor and review team performance and trends against KPIs to optimise results and address underperformance.
