About the role:
Our Wollongong office requires a full-time Payroll Officer / Administrator to work with our Client Service & Project Management teams. Your tasks will include the collating and processing of Payroll, accounts, and other administrative tasks.
This opportunity would suit an organised and enthusiastic individual with a high level of competency in MS Office, in particular Word and Excel. More specifically, your duties will include:
1. Payroll processes
2. Performing accounts and invoicing functions
3. Liaising with clients & suppliers
4. General administrative support and office duties
5. Quality and Safety documentation

5. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word
6. Reliable and punctual attendance
7. Pronto & SimPro experience would be advantageous
