The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Condition Monitoring Technician based at our Wacol facility to conduct reporting of Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis (KOWA) and Condition Monitoring Service (CMS) test results to customers in a timely manner. The position also provides dedicated support to Customer Support Groups, OEM customers and Komatsu contract business clients. Key Responsibilities: Organise daily workflow to meet customer delivery expectations for Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis (KOWA) reports by the end of the business day (measured by daily report stats) Provide support to Customer Support Groups for KOWA reporting and CMS business product enquiries Provide direct support to Komatsu and OEM customers upon request to enable clients to manage machine fleet maintenance and operational costs for equipment using CMS and KOWA products. Conduct training sessions at the customer’s request to maintain sampling disciplines and promote quality of service to users Manage Condition Monitoring Service key account clients as directed by the Senior Condition Monitoring Technician.
