Your business & teamThe Learning Chapter Area is responsible for providing learning and development expertise across the full ‘end to end’ learning process/cycle. This includes partnering, consulting, designing, developing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives/products that enable our people to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles and ultimately achieving our goal of +30 NPS.By fostering a culture of learning, the Learning chapter contributes to employee engagement, talent retention, and overall business success, ultimately ensuring that CBA remains competitive and agile in a rapidly changing world.The learning chapters have been split by 2 main skill groups:Learning PartneringThe purpose of the work performed by Learning Partner/Consultants is to strategically align learning and development initiatives with the organisation’s goals, identify and address needs, and provide expertise to ensure effective learning solutions to achieve business and customer impacts.Learning Experience and DesignThe purpose of the work performed by Learning Experience/Design professionals is to curate, develop/create engaging and effective learning materials and environments, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience for participants.Your roleThis role reports directly to the Chapter Lead of Learning Design.Your role is to add value by:Contributing to building a high-performing and engaged team/learning chapterDelivering quality outcomes through effective learning chapter performanceContributing to the achievement of customer outcomes through effective design of learning solutionsDelivering on our customer aspiration by encouraging continuous improvement, innovation and a customer obsessed mind-setFostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharingImplementing our standard ways of workingYour responsibilitiesThe role includes, but is not limited to the following:Collaborating with our Learning Partners, Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to provide guidance on industry design best practice and optimal solution design.Collaborating and managing content with other Designers and team members to increase overall individual and team knowledge/skill.Designing, creating and developing blended learning solutions (including facilitator-led sessions, webinars, online modules, and supporting artefacts), programs and evaluations across varied learning digital technology and delivery formats.Contributing to the continuous improvement process of learning and delivery from a design and overall content perspective to ensure creation of learning experiences that support the workforce of the future and drive great outcomes for our customers.Analysing audiences, technologies and translating the learning opportunity into business relevant learning solutions and experiences at scale.Keeping abreast of global best practice design, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.Helping to drive the digital learning revolution within CBA.Delivering on our customer aspiration by displaying a continuous improvement, innovation and a customer obsessed mind-set.Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring there is constant alignment between the business strategy and learning priorities.Collaborating with squad members from different chapters to problem solve and ensure a broader alignment to CBA skilling to maximise resource and impact.Utilising data and feedback to inform metrics and leverage these to support continuous improvement efforts, in partnership with the PO & chapter lead.Your experienceAre you a passionate creative that loves designing compelling, engaging learning experiences and products? We are looking for a learning design professional with exceptional instructional design experience and content development skillsets.3-7 years demonstrated experience in instructional design including solution architecture, storyboarding, and content development for a wide range of learning experiences.Demonstrated experience across user experience design, learning design best practice, stakeholder engagement and project management.Advanced skill level in Articulate authoring tools (Rise, Articulate) and experience or keen interest in emerging learning technologies.Proven graphic design experience, including the creation of visually engaging learning materials, infographics, and multimedia assets that enhance learner engagement and comprehension, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications or similar graphic design tools.Demonstrated experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions and programs following an agile methodology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to build and manage relationships and collaborate effectively.Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive approach and performance mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proven track record of designing and developing learning products that positively impact success metrics. Familiar with taking a data and metrics approach to understand success and improvement opportunities.Experience in human centred design highly regarded.Strong proven experience in supporting, consulting and challenging key stakeholders in implementing strategic goals.
