The Supervisor role is pivotal to supporting the Store Manager and representing our brand directly to customers. You will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseurs! This is a fantastic opportunity if you have previously been a Store Supervisor and are ready to take on the challenge in our Belmont store! About the Role
As the Supervisor at Belmont, you will be hands-on with your team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role and embrace the challenge of assisting the Store Manager to lead a highly motivated team.
More specifically, you will be:
Assisting in leading and motivating the team in a super hands-on role.
Thriving in a fast-paced role and being passionate about developing your leadership skills.
Integral to the recruitment of our passionate donut connoisseurs.
Handling administrative duties including rostering and stock control/ordering.
Assisting in overseeing store setup and close.
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or a closely related field.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in FMCG, retail, or a closely related field.
Skilled at leading people, or willing to learn.
Excellent communication skills.
Not afraid to be super hands-on.
Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
