Job DescriptionHow will I help?As a Senior Engineer in our M365 Collaboration Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our M365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Your primary focus will be to ensure service standardization and develop patterns to enhance user experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents, Power BI), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services.Your key responsibilities include:Design and Development: Lead the design and development of solutions within the M365 and Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring high standards of service and user experience.Automation: Emphasize automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the platform. Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and other tools.Service Standardization: Establish and maintain service standards, creating reusable patterns and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Troubleshooting and Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide advanced support for complex issues within the M365 and Power Platform services.What’s in it for me?You’ll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years.
