The Role & Team
We seek a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling application, End User Computing, data, and reporting projects. You will be an autonomous and independent professional, capable of driving business analysis activities while working closely with IT Project Managers to ensure project success.
In this role, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business and IT departments, demonstrating your adeptness in communication and collaboration. Your extensive experience as a Business Analyst within project teams will be crucial as you navigate various delivery methodologies, including hybrid SDLC and Agile frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with proficiency using productivity tools like Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, Visio, and Confluence.
* Agile mindset with proven experience working with dynamic global and local teams, including vendors.
* Experience leading and facilitating requirements gathering workshops to capture functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, business process models, and screen mock-ups.
* Substantial experience working with Project Managers and a solid understanding of the role of a BA in the project delivery process.
* Self-sufficient with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a sharp aptitude for analysis and creative problem-solving.
* Desirable: experience working on a large-scale SAAS transformation project.
