We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Canberra airport in a full-time permanent role to support our Store Manager and be a strong brand ambassador.
To be part of our team you'll need to have:
o A passion for excellent customer service
o Demonstrated experience in a similar fast-paced role
o Demonstrated experience managing and motivating a team
o Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
o Ability to mentor and coach staff members in all areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control & merchandising
o Experience in training and mentoring in customer service
o Experience in recruitment, rostering, stock control, and loss prevention will be highly regarded
o Confidence using Microsoft applications including Excel, Word & Outlook
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate 7 days a week. With this in mind, we are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible as in some cases rosters may fall outside normal business hours. Employment offers are conditional on the ability to gain and maintain an ASIC pass.
