Expect a fast-paced day filled with a variety of enquiries – from helping customers manage their accounts, to resolving issues, and answering questions about our products and services. High call volumes can be expected, but with support from your teammates you’ll always have the guidance you need to excel in the role. You’ll work on a roster, with some 8am starts, 6pm finishes, and one Saturday every 3-4 weeks (8:30am – 12pm).About youYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll handle customer enquiries over the phone. You like learning new things – we have a range of products that you’ll need to become knowledgeable about and learn to confidently use our systems and procedures while adhering to policies and legislative requirements. Maturity in managing conversations, staying calm under pressure, and applying a logical, problem-solving approach are essential skills.
