Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our team in Perth, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Managed Services and the needs of mid-tier clients.
The role involves providing remote service desk support to a variety of environments, including servers, desktops and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD and M365 platforms.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of end user support, Active Directory and Windows Server, as well as exposure to technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking.
In addition to delivering high-quality support, the candidate will also have the opportunity to work on project teams to deploy solutions for customers and collaborate with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.
