The Role Toll People are currently seeking Production Workers to join one of our manufacturing clients in Albury NSW. Working with a leading manufacturer and supplier of pipeline products you will be responsible for the safe operation of extrusion machines and operate forklifts to load/unload various product. These are casual positions, and the duration of the assignments will change based on production requirements. Candidates with flexible availability will be highly considered. Successful candidates will be required to work 12-hour day and night shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am rotating shifts). The shift pattern is 2x dayshifts, 1 day off, 2x nightshifts, 3 days off and repeat. Key Responsibilities Production of various sized polyethylene pipes Quality checks Attention to detail and accurate recording for product batches Strap coils onto timbers Use cutting tools and chainsaws to cut faulty pipe which is then recycled/reused on site Forklift operations - load/unload trucks, move product, move raw materials Skills & Experience Experience in a similar role/machine operation is highly advantageous Accuracy and attention to detail are essential Forklift licence (with experience) Ability and experience working a rotating AM/PM roster weekends Ability to safely operate cutting tools/chainsaws Strong teamwork and communication skills Essential traits: Reliable, punctual and responsible About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
