We’re looking for someone with the following: Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within timeframes. Experience in delivering and managing digital projects, sometimes running multiple in parallel. Experience in client-facing roles, managing customer expectations, project scope, budget, and resources needed to deliver large enterprise projects successfully. Strong stakeholder management and/or vendor management skills. Proven experience in Change Management, with a minimum of 5 years in leading and implementing change initiatives within digital projects. Ability to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions, stakeholder buy-in, and minimising resistance to new systems or processes. Has excellent relationship-building and management skills to ensure a positive customer experience by building and motivating teams to meet project goals. Has exceptional problem-solving skills, including research and analytical skills, to ensure the provision of expert advice. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and financial objectives. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals. Experience with pre-sales—working in conjunction with our internal team to ascertain resources and budgets for future projects. Ideally, you should also have the following: Minimum of 5 years of digital project management and Change Management experience in B2B IT. Managed large-scale digital projects end-to-end and know how to plan timelines and resources effectively. Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and proficiency in agile methodologies. Strong leadership skills in delivering agreed business outcomes and solutions by taking initiative, managing resources, and setting clear direction. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions. Great communication skills and a solid understanding of office collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, etc. Have foundational knowledge of CMS and front-end technologies.
