Position Summary: In the position of MAT you will generate trial of company drink products by consumers. Communicate the strategic brands core messaging, pillars to consumers, assist with lead generation for sales division, develop and strengthen key account relationships, build centers of influence network, support sales efforts through event sampling and merchandising. Essential Job Functions: Generate trial of company products through guerrilla sampling. Approach consumers who “need” energy and induce a trial. Distribute Point of Sales (POS) as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty. Check that all Point of Sales ( POS) is correctly and accurately displayed at store level including; but not limited to, pricing, promotional signage and displays. Maintain products in the cold vault and in coolers. Conduct routine store checks to ensure products are stocked on shelves accordingly. Responsibly care for program materials and assets of company. Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers and co-workers. Maintain the brand appearance wearing proper uniform, keeping hygiene habits and personal image as suggested on the training manual. Arrive on time and adhere to shift scheduled by direct supervisor. Position Requirements: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field.
