Currently looking for three (3) Customer Operations Team Support to join their busy team for a 12 months temporary assignment.
About the role: Providing operational and administration support to the manager and a busy customer service team.
The successful candidates will also be required to undertake general customer service duties as part of their role:- Resolve client enquiries, provide information and options in accordance with policy and procedures, and refer to relevant service delivery team Booking appointments Dealing and responding to email and online customer queries Dealing with client/customer call escalations as required Provide administrative support across all service delivery streams inclusive of data entry, record keeping, workflow tasks, booking training courses etc Deliver correspondence both internally and externally related to client allocations, referrals, appointments, and service satisfaction Provide administrative support to external referral platforms including contracted health providers and external stakeholders Support the daily operations of the team including management of correspondence and deliveries, arranging travel, processing invoices, raising resource requests and responding to property and maintenance issues Assist with supervising the team and dealing with any escalations accordingly About you: You will have previous experience working in a client/customer facing role - ideally within the health, mental health, or any government department or agency You will have previous administration experience - either supporting a team or working autonomously You will have the ability to multitask and manage competing tasks in fast moving environment You will have previous experience dealing with client/customer escalations You will ideally have experience working as either a Team Leader within a call centre environment, or working as an Office or Practice Manager within a health or mental health environment You will have excellent organisation and time management experience.
