As a Front Office Agent, you'll ensure efficient check-ins and check-outs, assist with guest bookings, and handle payments with precision. Your knack for diplomacy will shine as you tackle customer service queries, leaving each guest with a smile.
A few of your responsibilities:
* Complete the registration of guests details upon check-in
* Secure payment
* Issue room keys
* Add relevant charges to guests' accounts
* Respond to reservation requests efficiently
What are we looking for:
* Extensive guest service experience in Front Office / Guest Services
* Previous experience in a 5-star establishment advantageous
* Good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
* Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
* Outstanding presentation and communication skills
