Job Description: Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
* Oversight of end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees and interns.
* Monitoring and evaluation of employment costs, workforce productivity, and HR operations to enhance efficiency.
* Implementation of employee relations systems to assess and enhance individual and team performance.
* Development and management of occupational health and safety programs and adherence to workplace regulations.
* Representation of the organisation in negotiations with employees and external stakeholders regarding employment conditions, remuneration, and workplace policies.
* Ensuring adherence to Australian employment laws, Fair Work regulations, and workplace relations requirements.
* Maintenance and enhancement of HR systems, ATS, CRM, and personnel records to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
* 2+ years of HR management experience, including recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR compliance.
* Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
