Role Overview
This is a full-time permanent on-site role based in Edinburgh SA. The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary education in HR, Education, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet business needs.
* Drive employee growth by implementing strategies for professional development, career progression and continuous learning.
* Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and build initiatives that enhance performance and engagement.
* Measure the impact of learning and development initiatives using data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness and refine the learning journey.
About You:
* Proven experience in instructional design, implementation and evaluation of learning programs.
* Strong skillset in content creation and delivery including digital training tools.
* Creative ability and knowledge of various instructional techniques and formats.
* Analytical and assessment skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
Requirements:
* Tertiary education in HR, Education, Psychology or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in a learning & development role in a busy manufacturing/construction-related industry/environment.
