I Primary Position Objective The primary role of the Technical Services Group is to be responsible for the operations, systems and processes that deliver a premium service and repair experience to ResMed customers.The Service Solutions Team works with cross-functional stakeholders to develop processes, software, service manuals and spare parts that create future-focused, integrated solutions that enable us to drive productivity and quality at scale. ii Responsibilities and Accountabilities Define, implement and maintain service process and procedures for diagnostics, repairs and performance testing, including serviceable components and capital equipment. Partner with product XFTs, development teams and system engineers to influence product design for serviceability. Drive close collaboration with Service technicians and Service Operations Managers to identify service process requirements and co-design service and repair solutions. Partner with IT and software development teams to digitise and drive automation of the ResMed technical service and repair value chain. Develop and maintain system risk analysis and regression analysis for technical service process. Design and execute Service process verification and validation activities in line with product and process requirements. Analyse root cause of service operations issues to determine gaps and implement corrective actions. Proactively and independently analyse operational processes to identify and lead improvement opportunities for improved quality, productivity, scalability and future-enablement. Continually develop industry knowledge to assist in development and sharing of best practices. iii Qualifications and Experience Required Degree level in an appropriate engineering discipline. Experience collaborating to co-design with other engineering functions and end-users. Process development and process risk management experience. Experience driving digital transformation or automation of process in conjunction with software teams. Previous service or manufacturing industry experience and strong quality compliance knowledge. Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing requirements. Preferred At least 3+ years of experience in medical devices or service/manufacturing environment.
