They offer ongoing training and support, and offer a competitive market salary. The Opportunity They are looking for an experienced Team Administrator to support the Director and team of 20. You will work very closely with the current Administrator who will be phasing down to part-time. Your duties may include: Preparing client correspondence Liaising with the ATO Using the APS Database and ATO portal Collation of financial statements, tax returns and assessments Preparing letters associated with these Assisting with Debtors Preparing invoices/billing Client contact and liaison Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing About You Previous experience working within an Accounting firm Ability to use APS software would be advantageous Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems Good attention to detail Able to build rapport with clients Benefits Above market salary Additional paid public holidays off High staff retention Ongoing training and support provided Close to public transport How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
