The Opportunity
We are excited to be welcoming the newest member of the Nova family into our Sydney Commercial Sales team as a Client Engagement Coordinator. Broadly, this is a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with Nova Clients through a variety of methods including Brand Events, Immersive Experiences and Entertainment. The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with NOVA Clients through a variety of methods including but not limited to brand events, immersion and dining.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, your key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the Internal Commercial teams to maximise all assets and opportunities to maintain and enhance our client relationships.
* Manage tracking of allocated budgets, allowances, and dining allocations and establish a close working relationship with finance to ensure all budgets, invoices and costs are reconciled on a regular basis.
* Continually work to develop client engagement strategies and lead the implementation of these changes.
* Proactively use Blue Sky thinking to actively create client experiences beyond the standard and larger scale events.
* Proactively seek to deliver innovation in solutions across all aspects of your role beyond initial ideation to deliver on objectives, fit budget requirements and changing market circumstances.
About You:
* You are a detail-oriented person who leaves no stone unturned and takes pride in ensuring the events and experiences you organise delight our clients and are executed seamlessly.
* You have a calm and professional approach to your work giving confidence to your stakeholders that if anything goes awry, you have the maturity to be solutions-focused.
* You can work autonomously and are known for managing your time well and ability to work across multiple projects.
* The business' engagement strategy is constantly evolving and changes to meet the needs of the business and local market, and you can confidently and quickly adapt to meet those changes.
* Proven capability to manage budgets, guest lists and event logistics (this role whilst a manager role does not involve managing direct reports).
* A self-motivated individual that can work both autonomously and collaboratively and take direction when required.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (advanced excel skills desirable) / Canva skills and ability to create presentations and scripting that will WOW your stakeholders is desirable.
* Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
* Are able and happy to work outside of standard hours to deliver on events that fall across evenings and weekends.
