Significant commercial success and a desire to bring high-quality products to market underpin this business, with an impressive trajectory in acquiring market share and multi-million dollar investment to increase capacity - it is a great time to be joining this business in a newly created role.About the roleThis newly created role will report directly into senior site leadership, inheriting a team of approximately half a dozen, best suited to a hands-on professional with a trades background. The remit will include ownership of a multi-site footprint across Maintenance and Facilities, which encompasses production, warehousing, and commercial settings. Off the back of the significant CapEx in recent years, this role will be critical in putting in place the systems and processes to underpin the capacity improvements, asset care, and contractor management programs. Core activities in the role will include:Ownership and accountability for both day-to-day and strategic activities around maintenance/facilities/engineering disciplines.Active liaison with a core range of cross-functional stakeholders across commercial/operations disciplines.Development of a more robust set of systems for maintenance to operate in, including CMMS utilization and PM planning.What we are looking forGiven the makeup of the site and the wider function, this role would be best suited to a trades professional with a hands-on mechanical/electrical background. Outside of the tangible experience parameters, we are looking for someone who knows how to bring a team together, help grow and mentor the existing team, and elevate them to the next level. The senior leadership team really values authenticity, so demonstrating you can get the best out of people and work in tandem with a range of stakeholders is important.
