Kurrajong Corporate Services, a not-for-profit National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, seeks a passionate individual to join their People & Culture team.
About the Opportunity
This exciting opportunity commences in January 2025 and involves delivering best practice P&C services to the organisation.
* Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, including developing position descriptions and liaising with stakeholders.
* Maintaining the learning management system and identifying platform improvements.
* Assisting with the implementation and administration of staff training schedules.
* Preparing monthly P&C reports and performing administrative tasks such as processing parental leave requests.
* Supporting the P&C team to plan and implement initiatives aligned with strategic and workforce plan items.

Requirements and Commitments
