About the Role You will lead and promote a strong internal service culture within your team, ensuring a service delivery approach that is responsive to the operational and strategic needs of the organisation. By leveraging Opteon's existing reputation, geographic coverage, exceptional team of experienced valuers and long standing relationships (existing & future) you will continuously improve and innovate our Specialist Real Estate service to further expand our market share. The initial focus of the role will be the management and imbedding of an Operating Rhythm within your team. Your secondary focus will be growth & evolution of the Agribusiness & Advisory Department through a focus on innovation, integration of technology with emphasis on improving operating practices & products, business development and leveraging of relationships to grow non-bank & bank revenue. Successful execution of these focus areas will ensure Opteon attracts new business and is considered an employer of choice for SRE operators thereby increasing our market share. About You We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed specialist valuation skills but exceptional communication, business development and leadership skills. This role will suit an experienced valuer who seeks the opportunity to manage and grow a team of specialists whilst leveraging your and the team’s connections to aggressively grow market share. You will be supported by experienced mentors and Opteon’s continued investment in technology driving efficient delivery of our products. You have a strong existing client network and commitment to professional development, together with: Degree in Business/Commerce (Property) or equivalent qualifications Minimum 7 years’ experience as a qualified valuer CPV status combined with significant experience in the Specialist Agriculture Real Estate valuation sector. Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication Leadership skills, an ability to mentor and support your team members, provide feedback and share knowledge and experience with colleagues.
