Description We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading Capital Upgrade Projects and Environmental Programs. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Delivery of contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators for all Capital Upgrade and Environmental Programs. Client Account management and strong collaboration with client and key stakeholders. Work closely with procurement and the client to negotiate programs of works. Manage program of works including scheduling, reporting early notification of issues, communicating with all stakeholders, problem solving risks and issues Managing the sites within each quarterly program of works and all environmental programs to ensure that jobs are delivered safely, cost effectively, with quality and within KPI’s and contract deliverables. What You’ll Bring Degree level qualification in Project Management, Property Management, Facility Management, or relevant desirable Proven people leadership skills. Strong analytical and numeric skills. Proven fiscal skills and an ability to both manage costs and drive improved productivity. Experience in driving operational activities to ensure quality is achieved, work is completed to schedule and rework is minimised.
