Moltec Pty Ltd are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team in Rockhampton, QLD.
This full-time role will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounts duties.
What you'll be doing Processing accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate mannerReconciling bank statements, corporate cards and processing payments/bankingRunning reports and providing support to the DirectorsMaintaining and updating financial records and databasesPayrollWhat we're looking for Certificate III in Business Administration or at least 3 years' experience in a similar accounts roleUnderstanding of accounting/payroll principles and practicesExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracyProficient in using accounting software (Xero)Efficient with MS Word/ExcelAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamGood communication and problem-solving skillsA friendly phone and email manner and the ability to build a rapport with key contactsCurrent drivers licence and own transportWhat we offer At Moltec, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding workplace.
