We are seeking an experienced part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage recruitment for 30 swim schools across Australia. This role involves collaborating with our centres to meet their staffing needs and managing the full recruitment cycle. You’ll have the opportunity to implement creative and effective recruitment strategies and get the chance to improve systems and processes as we implement new HR technology to streamline and enhance our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with our swim centres to develop and implement recruitment plans, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently. Creative Solutions: Work with the HR Integration Lead, to design recruitment processes that adapt to the organisation’s current and future needs. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Community Engagement: Engage with local communities and institutions to build long-term talent pipelines and enhance our presence in local areas. Adaptability: Support changes within the company, including the future adoption of more advanced HR systems. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote inclusive recruitment practices and ensure diversity is reflected in all hiring activities. About You: Proven experience in agency recruitment (or a blend of agency and internal recruitment). Ability to manage recruitment processes creatively, especially in the absence of an ATS (until we implement one next year). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships. Experience or interest in community engagement and building local partnerships. Why Join Us?
