About our Opportunity
As the Sales Manager of our Sydney and ACT customer base, you will deliver continued profitable growth, accountability and improvement in sales. You'll provide leadership, support, development and coaching to the sales team by building constructive relationships across the team to cultivate a climate in which your Sales team will optimize sales outcomes and meet sales objectives. Your core focus is the development and management of Trend's external sales and customers by managing sales operations and building a high-performing sales team to execute the strategic sales plan.
In addition, you will:
1. manage the sales administration function:
2. develop the sales strategy/plan
3. sales forecasting
4. financial management reporting
5. deploy improved sales management processes, activities, and disciplines
6. study of customer behaviours and trends
7. workforce planning - recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives
