This isn't for everyone.Role Overview: Our People & Culture team plays a crucial role in aligning our recruitment practices with our core operational needs and values, fostering a culture of excellence across the organisation.Being a part of the People & Culture team, the Recruitment Consultant will take ownership of the recruitment life cycle, ensuring efficient and effective fulfilment of our recruitment requirements. This role is pivotal in enhancing candidate experiences and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards, ultimately supporting our company's commitment to operational excellence.The role has the flexibility to start early and finish early to support the sites in covering the Operational opening hours.Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruitment: Proactively manage job postings, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and oversee group assessments.Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with the operations team to identify recruitment needs and manage compliance checks for all candidates.Candidate Experience: Partner with the People Partner to continuously refine recruitment processes and ensure all interactions reflect our high standards.What We are Looking For: Having worked in a labour hire environment is preferred but not essentialFamiliarity with HR databases, recruitment software, and understanding of payroll, Time & Attendance or HR systems.Able and willing to travel to Sydney on an as needs basisProactive and strong attention to detailStrong ability to build rapport with the Operations Team, particularly blue collarStrong organisation and time management skillsStrong work ethicWhy Join Us?
