About the role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead the delivery of teaching using a hybrid approach into the Bachelor of Nursing program and our online postgraduate program offerings. You will also contribute to growing the research profile of the nursing discipline at a local, national and international level. About you To be successful in this role, you will: Hold a doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing in Nursing or professional equivalent. Hold current registration, as a Nurse, with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions, notations or condition. Demonstrate recent ability to achieve teaching quality as indicated by internal and external surveys and outcomes for students that will improve or innovate in response to feedback. Demonstrate recent leadership in learning and teaching activities, including undertake program convening and course coordination, having a central role in course and curriculum development, and peer mentoring at undergraduate, honours and postgraduate levels. Demonstrate recent capacity for independent research funding success; contributing as a chief investigator including collaborations which create new insights and opportunities for more junior researchers. Display skills in active and effective record of research supervision.
