Practice Information:
Multidisciplinary private practice started in 2015. This clinic has an established team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists & Therapy Assistants.
o Approachable multidisciplinary leadership
o Focus on professional, quality service; not quantity of billables.
o Primarily paediatric caseload across variety of settings- clinic rooms, schools, early childhood centres including kindergarten and daycare settings, homes and/ or telehealth.
o Assessment and intervention services including single discipline and multi-disciplinary practice; through to complex and specialised support services in areas of AAC and feeding therapy.
o Clients access to services through private health/ private funding, Enhanced Primary Care plans and NDIS.
o Well stocked equipment, resourcing and assessments to ensure you have all the tools you need to complete your job well.

Qualifications & Experience:
o Degree in Occupational Therapy
o Current AHPRA registration
o Eligibility for OTA membership
o Current Blue Card clearance
o Professional indemnity insurance
o A current Drivers Licence & reliable vehicle
o Motivation to work inclusively with children and families
o Good interpersonal team skills
o Ability for independent problem solving
o Quality reflective practice
o Quality communication with families, team and all stakeholders.
Desirable:
o Ideally work experience in a disability caseload
o Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
o Knowledge of NDIS systems
o Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disabilities
