We are seeking a Learning & Development Advisor who will work from our Milton, Brisbane office as a critical member of our Learning and Organisational Development team. You’ll work autonomously in the East and will be responsible for supporting employee development across all projects in VIC, NSW, QLD & PNG. You will be involved in designing, delivering and coordinating tailored L&D initiatives in collaboration with site and operational leaders, whilst also developing and maintaining important internal and external relationships. The role will lead the delivery of development solutions such as professional development workshops and safety leadership offerings. Key Responsibilities Facilitate delivery of leadership development, safety leadership, and training workshops both virtually and in person, from Brisbane and travelling to VIC, NSW, QLD and PNG regularly. Building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing stakeholders, and educating / guiding them on the right solutions. Act as a consultant to our internal customers, conducting training needs analyses, understanding their requirements, designing and delivering training plans and bespoke solutions. Utilising your coaching skills and ability to identify development needs to improve employee’s knowledge and skills. Coordinate development programs (e.g., processing training requests, booking management, organising catering, organising facilitators, follow up, organising key stakeholders, etc.). What you will bring Certificate IV in Training & Assessment Tertiary qualifications or proven experience in Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development (desirable). Ability to travel across the east coast to our various offices and branches, plus internationally to support our team in PNG. Proven experience in the facilitating of professional development and training programs. A strategic thinker who can proactively focus on professional development with experience in leading and event managing. A high level of resilience, while taking ownership for driving outcomes across all levels from entry level professionals (apprenticeships / traineeships) to senior managers. A strong ability to manage internal customer and external stakeholder relationships, along with excellent written and presentation skills.
