The Opportunity
As the Allied Health Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapeutic programs, support professional development, and drive clinical excellence within our inpatient and day therapy services. This role is ideal for a compassionate and strategic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to improving patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities in this role include:
* Lead and manage a team of psychologists, social workers, and other allied health professionals
* Oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based therapy programs
* Drive innovation and best practices in mental health care
* Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to ensure holistic patient care
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience
* Registered with AHPRA or relevant professional body
* Experience in mental health settings, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong clinical background with expertise in therapy and program development
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
* Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care
