If so, this newly created HR Manager role may be a perfect fit for you. Our client, a well-established inner-city healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support their growth and provide generalist and specialist HR support, focusing on employee engagement.
THE ROLE
Supporting the Head of People & Culture, here’s what you’ll get to do:
* Diverse HR Functions: Engage in a variety of tasks, including developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing performance evaluations.
* Supportive Role: Autonomously run and manage the HR Administration functions.
* Collaboration: Work closely with management to enhance HR knowledge and practices throughout the organisation.
* Project Management: Take ownership of HR projects and initiatives while supporting the growth of the team.
ABOUT YOU
Experience: 2+ years' experience as a HR Advisor within the Aged Care, NDIS, Healthcare or Medical sectors.
Working knowledge of the SCHADs Award would be favourably considered.
Qualifications: Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or other relevant field.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiar with internal databases.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, effective communicator, and proactive as well as a positive, team-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with different departments, external stakeholders and interact with customers.
