Exciting opportunity to join our team to assist in the day to day operations and administration of our providers and distribution centre to help meet our strategic goals.
About the opportunity:
3. Collaborate with all stakeholders to investigate / resolve issues whilst ensuring quality control
4. Ensure agreed inventory management principles are followed
5. Oversee ad-hoc requirements and rework as necessary
6. Assist with compliance of dangerous goods for storage and transport
A typical day may look like:
7. Managing customer questions and queries
8. Generate and analyse regular weekly reporting and regular stocktake counts
9. Manage incoming and outgoing stock, returns and deliveries as needed
10. Work with providers and distribution centres to ensure batch control is being followed
11. Support the Supply Chain strategy and look for opportunities to strive for best practise
About You:
12. Proven 3PL experience
13. Proven experience in logistics coordination, distribution centre administration, or related roles
14. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
15. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
16. Knowledge of transport and warehouse operations
17. SAP Experience preferrable
18. Understanding of Dangerous Goods classifications
