Our client, a well-established FMCG company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their dynamic team south of Perth. If you have a background in warehouse operations, leadership experience, and a forklift license, we want you to help lead the charge in this fast-paced industry!
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
* Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient stock rotation to meet the demands of the warehouse industry.
* Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment, adhering to strict safety standards and procedures.
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and occupational safety and standards.
* Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and oversee the use of warehouse equipment.

Requirements:
