The role & teamAt Specsavers, we have a warm, supportive, and sharp-sighted Payroll team of twenty, based in Port Melbourne. This team is part of the wider People & Organisation department of over forty-five, which includes Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Reception.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join us on a 8-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you'll be focusing on performing the store payroll function for our Australian stores, ensuring clear and accurate payments. You'll be responsible for adhering to relevant taxation, legislation, awards, and organisational policies to ensure everything is perfectly aligned.
