A Social Visits Volunteer who can make a meaningful difference - One visit at a time Are you someone who enjoys a good chat, a peaceful garden view, or getting lost in a puzzle or piece of art? We’re looking for a kind-hearted volunteer to visit a thoughtful gentleman who’s feeling a bit lonely since the passing of his wife last year. Once a passionate builder of model aircraft and toy steam trains, he now finds joy in simple pleasures - puzzle books, art, and admiring his garden (though it’s in need of a little love). Your time and company could make a world of difference. A friendly visit, a shared story, or a chat over a cuppa could truly lift his spirits. https://www.youtube.com/watch?vkSyR-f7az8c Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself.
