You will be confident, inquisitive and analytical, identifying new improvements and initiatives whilst utilising your creative problem-solving capabilities.What we are looking forTertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.Demonstrated experience in developing and operating a high functioning employee lifecycle program with a particular focus on talent acquisition, development and retention.Experience operating at a management level or significant experience at a Business Partner level within a Human Resources / People and Culture landscape with a proven ability to influence and deliver positive People and Culture support.A proven people leader who can engage and positively empower people across a range of departments and teams.Demonstrated experience across –Workforce Planning and DevelopmentLeading cultural regenerationReducing vacancy rates, improving retention and the induction experienceEmployee recognition and the effective use of communication platforms.Proficient in continuous improvement of Human Resource Information Systems, analysing the current and ongoing needs of the business and matching to create a positive experience for our staff and volunteers.Experience in the Not-for-profit sector including Early Childhood education and care is preferable, or a related sector to the Y Ballarat business.
