About our role As our National Account Manager within Foodservice, you will accelerate exceptional management of our key corporate accounts and QSR customers by delivering profitable growth as well as seeking and acquiring new diverse and profitable business opportunities. In this dynamic and exciting role, you will manage both internal and external stakeholders to deliver our commercial and overall company strategy. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership and accountability as a senior member of the Foodservice and Commercial Sales Team. Reporting directly into the National Business Manager ANZ for Foodservice you will be based in any city location across Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. This is a diverse, broad and dynamic role that will provide the unique opportunity to accelerate your career within Foodservice. What will you do Customer Focus & Business Acumen – Accelerate and drive new product sales, consolidation, contract negotiations, tenders, quarterly reporting, rebate and trade spend management, forecasting, joint business partner’s and overall business reviews. Strategic Alignment & Performance Accountability - Develop strategic plans to develop and maintain collaborative, mutually beneficial, long term business partnerships. About you To be successful in this role, you will have had significant experience in a similar position within the FMCG or Agri industry. You will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Foodservice and will thrive in an agile business with pace, where driving growth and providing solutions for your customer is your strength. You will be an experienced Sales Leader with a strong track record of delivering exceptional ROI. Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives. Commercial Acumen - The ability to understand and analyse detailed financial information and reports. Ability to engage present and Influence at a senior level (both internally and externally) Experience in developing and driving a robust commercial strategy. Experience at a senior level within Food or Agri business. Significant experience managing and driving a budget. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Ability to travel interstate - You will possess a driving license and have the ability to travel up to once a month and as required.
