Sales Administrator - Montrose AreaThe RoleThe sales administrator's role will combine sales and administrative tasks to support the sales team and ensure the smooth running of sales activities.
Training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesOrder processing – Receiving and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring payments are correct, and transactions finish smoothly.Database management – Updating and maintaining the sales database by entering new customer information and updating contact details.Managing paperwork such as invoices, credit checks, and sales-related paperwork.Producing sales reports and research reports on products or services.Arranging deliveries, re-ordering supplies, and helping the sales team solve customer requests.Commercial invoicing and product declarations.Other tasks as needed.RequirementsExperience working with Microsoft Excel.Ability to work alone and as part of a small close-knit team.Advantageous SkillsExperience in a similar manufacturing environment role is desirable.Ability to organise and prioritise tasks while working to tight deadlines.Salary: Dependent on experience.Hours: 25 hours over 5 working days.#J-18808-Ljbffr
