About the Role: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within the builder and designer sectors. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will play a key role in expanding our sales portfolio by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and designers to drive repeat business and referrals. Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to remain competitive. Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and tailor solutions to client needs. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record in sales and business development, with a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic sales initiatives. Proficiency in CRM software and advanced computer literacy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field (desirable).
