As Sales & Service Manager, you will create an in-store experience Like No Other by demonstrating customer obsession and passion for retail, maximizing sales and service results.
The successful candidate will lead by example, coaching the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions. They will establish and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, engaging people across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example, delivering on our service principles, engaging with customers, driving sales, and building a loyal customer base.
* Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
* Be visibly present on the selling floor, inspiring the team to create warm connections.
* Work collaboratively with store teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Look for opportunities for improvement while being commercially aware.
* Work with VM and Logistics teams to ensure stock is floor-ready within relevant timeframes.
* Identify areas for feedback to the Merchandise team.
* Maintain stock loss awareness by working closely with sell and support teams to mitigate loss.
Requirements
* Strong coaching skills, including experience leading teams and empowering others to achieve results.
* Demonstrated passion for retail and desire to provide great customer service.
* Solutions-focused mindset and ability to provide innovation and effective customer solutions.
* Proven ability to motivate and lead teams and inspire an in-store experience Like No Other.
* Relevant merchandising and selling skills and key product awareness.
* Strong written, listening, and spoken communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
