Robotics Process Engineer
In this role, you will work with the AU Operations Process Engineering (PE) team to drive process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement. This team is essential to establish and execute benchmark operating standards, accelerate implementation of technology advancements, and strengthen process knowledge for operational leaders across the FC network.
The PE team utilizes tools to understand process control and establish process understanding, resulting in minimizing variation between shifts, buildings, and regions by driving standard operating procedures to deliver strong performance.
You will have the opportunity to join a diverse team of leaders with the objective to pursue variation reduction, optimize standard work to reduce cost, and build mechanisms to drive compliance toward the standards.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the super region to proactively identify process improvement opportunities and largest gaps to benchmark performance.
* Audit, teach, and drive execution to the benchmark standards while acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement and process execution in the super region.
* Develop and implement detailed standard operating procedures to support daily operations within established process control limits for each fulfillment process.
* Partner with operational leaders within the FCs to execute implementation of established standard work and process improvements driving stabilization and standardization across the super region.
This role requires strong professional experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies, and excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
