Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Teacher to join our supportive team at our Frenchville centre. You will work within a team of qualified early learning professionals to provide high-quality care for children, promote their learning, and help them develop key skills for the future.
You will use relevant teaching strategies to maintain and improve children's developmental records. Dynamic, exciting programs will be implemented to reflect the children's individual interests. We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to fill this permanent part-time position involving training and educational leadership opportunities.
This is a part-time/full-time position requiring applicants to be willing to learn and contribute to a caring, play-based environment. This position is ideal for an Early Childhood Teacher looking for training and support to progress in their career.

Skills and Experience:
* Hold or studying towards an Early Childhood Teacher qualification
* Current Blue Card
* Current (or ability to obtain) First Aid, CPR & Asthma qualifications
* A good understanding of the Early Years Quality Framework
* Good knowledge of the QLD Kindergarten curriculum and current Regulation and Accreditation guidelines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* A passion for working with children
